Service terms

The service

VendorLogic provides a workspace for commercial credit applications, trade reference requests, documents, messages, and supplier decisions. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use it only for authorized business purposes.

VendorLogic does not extend credit or determine a supplier's account terms. Any trade-credit arrangement is between the applicant business and the receiving supplier. Submission of an application does not guarantee an account, a credit limit, or approval.

Your account and organization

Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials private. Use an individual account rather than sharing a password. Tell support if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate team access. Creating an account or selecting a workspace does not grant access to another organization's information. New supplier accounts require approval before accepting applications.

Applications, references, and decisions

Submit information and documents only when you have authority to act for the business and to provide that information. Review the application and any supplier-specific terms before signing. Keep your submission receipt for follow-up.

Reference respondents should provide accurate information based on their records and authority to respond. Suppliers are responsible for evaluating the information, making their own credit decisions, and communicating their account terms.

Information supplied by applicants and references, or generated by optional assistance features, may be incomplete or inaccurate. Suppliers must apply their own review procedures before acting on it. Automated assistance does not replace the supplier's decision.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or sign without authority.
• Do not attempt to access another organization's records or bypass account and permission controls.
• Do not use private application or reference links for an unauthorized purpose.
• Do not upload malicious content, disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
• Use the service in accordance with the requirements that apply to your business and credit program.

Access and records

Access may be restricted to protect the service or address misuse. Organization administrators can change team access, and suppliers control access to their credit program. Contact support if you need help accessing or exporting your records.

Account deactivation does not automatically remove applications, references, or decisions that form part of another business's records. See Privacy for information about data requests.

Supplier terms and pricing

A supplier's application terms and trade-account agreement are separate from these service terms. Contact the supplier about its decisions, credit terms, and payment obligations. For VendorLogic access and commercial arrangements, see Access and pricing.

Business listings

Discovery results may come from Google Maps or OpenStreetMap and can be incomplete or out of date. A listing does not establish that a business uses VendorLogic or offers trade credit. Confirm business and recipient details before sending an invitation.

Use of Google Maps listings is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service. OpenStreetMap data is provided under the Open Database License.
